BBQ Gives Back
The Buckeye Barbeque Qlub Initiative to Help the Community
The Buckeye Barbeque feels that it is a necessity for
people to give back to their community through charity,
volunteering, donations, etc. Some of the OSU BBQ
philanthropy initiatives are having canned food drives,
volunteering in the Columbus area community, and giving back
to charitable organizations.
One way that the Buckeye Barbeque Qlub has given back to
the community is by founding the World's Longest BBQ charity
event, in collaboration with Alpha Epsilon Pi. The
event is a 24-hour a day, 7-days a week event from May 17th
- May 24th. OSU BBQ serves a variety of different BBQ
entrees, sides, and deserts for donations. The goal
for the Spring 2010 event is $15,000 in donations!
